Shown is a .250” thick copper coating on a heavy wall 33” long by 10” diameter Tube. In collaboration with CGT, a new range of applications spraying pure materials has been achieved for inside diameter spraying. The highly engineered Cold Spray Gun adapts to the existing equipment allowing the accurate temperature and pressure sensors to optimize necessary critical particle velocity. The CGT equipment is known for notable nozzle designs to achieve high production capabilities using pure materials—unlike low pressure Cold Spray equipment with low deposit efficiencies and the addition of a “peening” material added to the material which is encapsulated as part of the layered coating.
